Part-time

The Receptionist is the guest’s first point of contact and is an extremely important position. A person that is a good fit is someone that can multitask well, has an excellent in-person, on-phone, and electronic personality, and a drive to give 100% so guests have the best experience, every time. Great oral/written communication and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
● Welcome and greet all guests.
● Demonstrate knowledge of the services offered and prices.
● Receive telephone reservations, questions, concerns, and requests.
● Answer customer questions regarding prices, specials, services, and requirements.
● Follow up with customer to ensure they had a great experience!
● Suggest goods and services that will enhance the customer’s experience.
● Operate point of sale devices.
● Communicate details to the owner about the pet’s stay.
● Confirm identity of customer’s picking up pets.
● Immediately address issues that may compromise the health, safety, and welfare of our guests.
● Review customer documentation for accuracy and completion.
● Ensure that pets checking in have current vaccination records.
● Ensure reception and lobby areas are clean, stocked, and inviting.
● Relay customer concerns and suggestions to the General Manager.

Part-time

Our Day Care Attendants ensure our dogs have a safe, happy, and healthy experience. Our attendants demonstrate strong leadership and excellent observation skills. Attendants are driven to continue education on dog behavior, facility protocol, and training tactics.
Responsibilities:
● Welcome and greet all guests.
● Confirm identity of customers picking up pets.
● Demonstrate knowledge of the services offered and prices.
● Answer customer questions regarding prices, specials, services, and requirements.
● Suggest goods and services that will enhance the customer’s experience.
● Keep the play areas clean and free of pet waste.
● Relay customer concerns and suggestions to the General Manager.
● Monitor the behavior of dogs and make accurate notes in report cards.
● Observe dogs for aggressive or antisocial behavior.
● Break up pet disagreements and document properly.
● Know the names and needs of each dog in your care.
● Ensure dogs are fed, watered, and resting appropriately when necessary. Our number one priority is to keep the dogs safe, happy, and healthy.
● Be able to accurately describe what activities each pet participated in as well as their likes, dislikes, friends, etc.
● Immediately address issues that may compromise the health, safety, and welfare of our guests.
● Help in other areas of the facility as needed.

Part-time

Boarding Attendants will take care of our vacationing guests. Organizational skills are necessary to ensure dogs and cats are properly fed, loved, and tended to. Flexibility and mindfulness are a must! Boarding Attendants will love all animals and have a desire to make sure all our guests are safe and happy!
Responsibilities:
● Be familiar with client’s profile and follow checklists for each individual’s needs.
● Assist in administering medication as needed.
● Maintain indoor and outdoor cleanliness.
● Walk, feed, and play with the boarding dogs.
● Clean boarding area.
● Be able to accurately describe what activities each pet participated in as well as their likes, dislikes, friends, etc.
● Monitor the behavior of dogs and make accurate notes in report cards.
● Demonstrate knowledge of the services offered and prices.
● Relay customer concerns and suggestions to the General Manager.
● Immediately address issues that may compromise the health, safety, and welfare of our guests.
● Answer customer questions regarding prices, specials, services, and requirements.
● Help in other areas of the facility as needed.

Part-time

The position requires someone with a positive attitude, who is reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a great work ethic and good communication skills. Ability to work independently with a variety of sizes, personalities, and ages of dogs. Must be 18 years old.

We are seeking candidates with positive energy who can put our customers first at all times. You must be a hardworking, motivated individual that has a great passion for dogs and their welfare! Night Staff hours are typically 7 pm-6:30 am, two shifts a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing individual one-on-one time with dogs as scheduled
  • Walking dogs on business grounds for “comfort breaks”
  • Supervising dogs on night and morning “comfort breaks”
  • Preparing morning meals for boarders
  • Meeting with clients who are dropping off or picking up their dogs
  • Documenting client instructions, medications applications, and dropped off items
  • Supervising dogs while playing or resting
  • Maintaining a sanitary environment throughout the centers
  • Performing routine housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, sweeping, mopping
  • Ensuring that all equipment, including toys, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Administering oral medication if necessary.
  • Maintaining watering dog bowls throughout shift
  • Maintaining daily information on dog behavior, activities and well-being
  • Communicating dog status at end of shift
  • Photographing dogs when assigned
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Other duties as assigned
